    Have you ever wondered why when you look on Realtor.com, Trulia.com and Zillow.com the sites do not show the same listings? Well without getting in over my head on technology I don't fully understand, it's because the NWMLS limits the IDX feeds of its data to three for each broker, and the brokers apparently need two for their own use (e.g. their own website, etc.).
