    This weekend I came across two listings in Snohomish County where the property bad been listed for sale only a few days after the debtor filed bankruptcy. Neither listing made any mention of the bankruptcy, and neither indicated that the owner was a bankruptcy trustee. I suspect in both cases the agent had no idea a bankruptcy had been filed. Presumably the agent had not ordered a title report, not read the title report if they had ordered it, or the title company had not yet picked up the ban...
