    Last night, Ichiro Suzuki became the first player in MajorLeague history to record nine consecutive seasons of 200 hits; he currently has2005 over his nine-year career. He is almost 36 years old, and still evidentlycapable of hitting his current .353. He has at least five more seasons in my opinion and is still the topleadoff hitter in the game.
